1. Payment & Orders

We do not offer Cash on Delivery (COD). All orders must be prepaid through our secure payment gateway.

2. Exchanges (One-Time Courtesy, On Us)

We offer one complimentary exchange per order for size or color adjustments. Our delivery partner will collect your original item and deliver your replacement in a single visit.

Exchange Conditions:

Request within 3 days of receiving your order.
Item must be unused, unwashed, and in original packaging with tags.
Only one exchange per order is complimentary; additional exchanges may incur shipping fees.

3. Refunds (When Applicable)

Refunds are only offered if your item is damaged, defective, or incorrect due to our error. In these cases, blandwear will cover the return shipping.

Refund Conditions:

Request within 3 days of receiving your order.
Item must be unused, unwashed, and in original packaging with tags.
Refunds will be processed to your original payment method.

Processing Timelines:

Returns are inspected upon receipt.
Refunds processed within 5–7 business days.
Your bank/payment partner may take up to 14 business days to reflect the refund.

4. Return Shipping Responsibilities

*As a small, slow, and thoughtful brand, we cannot absorb repeat logistics costs for change-of-mind returns. Thank you for understanding.

Note: If you received free shipping at checkout, our actual delivery costs will still be deducted from your refund.

5. Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, email us within 48 hours at customercare.blandwear@gmail.com. We will arrange a replacement and cover shipping.

6. Conditions for All Returns & Exchanges

Items must be in original, unused, unwashed condition with tags and packaging.
Proof of purchase required (order confirmation email or packing slip).
Returns must be shipped within 3 days of approval.
If customer arranges shipping, proof of dispatch is required.

We cannot accept returns for:

Used or damaged items (unless defective on arrival)
Items missing packaging or tags
Personalized or custom products

7. Important Notes

Unauthorized returns will not be accepted.
Refunds exclude original shipping costs and payment gateway fees.
