Refund & Exchange Policy

At blandwear, we craft small-batch, thoughtfully made homewear designed for ease, longevity, and comfort. Our returns and exchanges policy follows the same mindful, straightforward approach.

Please review this policy carefully before placing your order.

1. Payment & Orders

-We do not offer Cash on Delivery (COD).

-All orders must be prepaid through our secure payment gateway.

-Once an order is placed, it cannot be modified or cancelled after dispatch.

2. Exchanges (One-Time Courtesy, On Us)

We offer one complimentary exchange per order for a change in size or color. Our delivery partner will collect your original item and deliver your replacement in a single visit.

Exchange Conditions:

-Requests must be made within 3 days of receiving your order.

-Items must be unused, unwashed, and in its original packaging with tags attached.

-Only one complimentary exchange per order is allowed; additional exchanges may incur standard shipping fees.

-Exchange requests are subject to stock availability.

3. Refunds (When Applicable)

Refunds are issued only if your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect due to our error. In such cases, blandwear will cover the return shipping costs.

Refund Conditions:

-Request within 3 days of receiving your order.

-Item must be unused, unwashed, and returned in original packaging with tags.

-Refunds will be processed to your original payment method only.

Processing Timelines:

-Returned items are inspected upon receipt.

-Refunds are processed within 5–7 business days after approval.

-Depending on your bank or payment provider, refunds may take up to 14 business days to reflect.

4. Return Shipping Responsibilities

*As a small, slow, and thoughtful brand, we are unable to absorb repeat logistics costs for change-of-mind returns. Thank you for understanding.

Note: If you received free shipping at checkout, our actual delivery cost will be deducted from your refund.

5. Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please email us within 48 hours at customercare.blandwear@gmail.com
 with photos of the issue. We will arrange a replacement and cover all related shipping costs.

6. Conditions for All Returns & Exchanges

-Items must be in original, unused, unwashed condition with tags and packaging.

-Proof of purchase is required (order confirmation email or packing slip).

-Approved returns must be shipped within 3 days of confirmation.

-If you arrange your own shipping, proof of dispatch is required.

We cannot accept returns for:

-Used, worn, or damaged items (unless defective on arrival)

-Items missing original packaging or tags

-Personalized or custom-made products

7. Important Notes

-Unauthorized returns will not be accepted.

-Refunds exclude original shipping costs and payment gateway fees.

-Always contact us before sending any item back.

-Returned items that fail inspection will be sent back at the customer’s expense.
