We deliver across the UAE within 2-3 business days.
Items must be in original, unused, unwashed condition with all tags and packaging. Proof of purchase is required (order confirmation email or packing slip). Returns must be shipped within 3 days of approval. If arranging your own return shipping, proof of dispatch is required. We cannot accept returns or exchanges for: Worn, used, or damaged items (unless defective on arrival) Items missing packaging or tags Personalized or custom orders (if applicable) Important Notes: Unauthorized returns will not be accepted. Refunds exclude shipping costs and payment gateway fees. For questions, please contact us before sending a return.

Yes,we offer one complimentary exchange per order for size or color adjustments. We’ll arrange for our delivery partner to collect your original item and deliver your replacement in a single, coordinated visit. This keeps things simple, and delivery costs are on us.
Once shipped, you’ll get an order confirmation email with an order number.You can send us the order number via WhatsApp to know your order status.
