All orders must be prepaid through our secure payment gateway.
2. Exchanges (One-Time Courtesy, On Us)
We understand that sizing can sometimes be tricky. To help, we offer one complimentary exchange per order for size or color adjustments.
We’ll arrange for our delivery partner to collect your original item and deliver your replacement in a single, coordinated visit. This keeps things simple and efficient.
Exchange Conditions:
- Exchange requests must be made within 3 days of receiving your order.
- Items must be unused, unwashed, and in original packaging with all tags intact.
- Complimentary exchanges are limited to one exchange per order.
- Additional exchanges may incur shipping costs.

We will arrange a prompt replacement at no cost to you, including shipping.
