Exchanges (One-Time Courtesy, On Us) We understand that sizing can sometimes be tricky. To help, we offer one complimentary exchange per order for size or color adjustments. We’ll arrange for our delivery partner to collect your original item and deliver your replacement in a single, coordinated visit. This keeps things simple and efficient. Exchange Conditions: Exchange requests must be made within 3 days of receiving your order. Items must be unused, unwashed, and in original packaging with all tags intact. Complimentary exchanges are limited to one exchange per order. Additional exchanges may incur shipping costs. Refund Conditions: Refund requests must be made within 3 days of receiving your order. Items must be unused, unwashed, and in original condition with packaging and tags intact. Refunds will be processed back to your original payment method. Processing Timelines: Returns are inspected upon receipt. Approved refunds will be processed within 5–7 business days. Payment partner and your bank may require up to 14 business days for the refund to reflect. 4. We will arrange a prompt replacement at no cost to you, including shipping. 6. Conditions for All Returns & Exchanges Items must be returned in original, unused, unwashed condition with tags and packaging intact.
